Gerard McGrath

Gerard McGrath is an experienced sports coach and educator with a solid background in basketball coaching and player development. Currently serving as a sports coach for HoopHeads since February 2022 and a referee for PIAA since March 2023, Gerard also holds the position of Assistant Program Director at HoopHeads, where responsibilities include staff training, social media management, event planning, and communication with parents. In addition, Gerard McGrath has served as a Human Resources Specialist in the Army National Guard since April 2021, a server at Woodloch Resort since April 2020, and a Site Director at Competitive Edge Sports from June 2023 to May 2024. Recent coaching experience includes serving as an assistant coach for the girls' varsity team at Riverside High School from June 2023 to November 2023. Gerard is pursuing a degree in Corporate Communication at Penn State Scranton, expected to graduate in 2025, after completing a high school diploma at Wallenpaupack Area High School in 2020.
