Jim Murray is an accomplished culinary professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Since May 2013, Jim has served as the Executive Chef at Seacoast Shores Association, and has owned Jim And Gwyn, Inc. since August 1995, where unforgettable evenings are crafted in a historic venue known for its romantic ambiance and live jazz. Additionally, Jim has held the position of President and Treasurer for the Woods Hole Film Festival since 1990 and has been a musician with Raw Honey since 1976. Jim's earlier roles include Chef/Manager at Captain Kidd from 1980 to 1995 and Chef at Red Coach Grill from 1971 to 1977.
