Christiana de Leon

Christiana de Leon has extensive experience in HRIS and data analytics. Christiana currently holds the position of Director People Data and Analytics at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, where they have been since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Avo as the Global HRIS Director and at WIN Waste Innovations as an HRIS Project Manager in 2021. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt as the Director of Information Technology, HR, and before that, they held the role of Manager Development HRIT. Christiana'sexperience also includes roles at Connection, where they worked as a Human Resources Information System Manager and Senior Human Resources Information System Analyst. Christiana started their career at FirstGroup America as a Benefits Coordinator and later worked as a Benefits Specialist at Fidelity Investments. Christiana'sfirst role was at UnitedHealth Group as a Senior Technical Analyst.

Christiana de Leon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Phoenix. Christiana has also obtained certifications such as "Anti-Bias Training for People Managers" and "Balancing Innovation and Risk" from LinkedIn. In 2013, they obtained the "IHRIM Human Resource Information Professional" certification from the International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM).
