Jonathan Gallo serves as Of Counsel and Chief Information Officer at Woods Rogers Vandeventer Black since October 2017, focusing on creating cybersecurity and cannabis-related legal content. Gallo was previously General Counsel and Interim Director at the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services from 2005 to 2017, where responsibilities included managing the development and implementation of New Hampshire’s first therapeutic cannabis program. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Attorney General at the New Hampshire Department of Justice from 2003 to 2005, where Gallo contributed to cybercrime strategy and practiced as a criminal trial attorney. Gallo holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and a degree in Environmental Science from Rutgers University.
