David Lopez has extensive experience in the real estate industry, starting their career as an Area Sales Manager at Signature Homes in 1983. David then held various sales and marketing positions at Bramalea Builders, Capital Pacific Homes/J.M. Peters Co., and Shea Homes/UDC Homes. In 1998, they became the President of the San Diego Division at DR Horton/Western Pacific Housing, where they achieved significant profit and market share growth. David later served as the President of the San Diego Division at Toll Brothers Inc., leading the start-up of a new division. David also co-founded Meyers Land Development, specializing in distressed real estate acquisition and turnaround. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Senior Marketing Consultant at Land Advisors Organization. Currently, they serve as the Regional Sales Coach Director of Sales and Marketing at Woodside Homes, responsible for overseeing all sales-related operations in the Southern California Division.
David Lopez has a Bachelor's degree from CSU Long Beach. David also attended Fullerton College, where they studied Undergraduate Studies and Business. In addition, they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Undergraduate Studies and Business from Rio Hondo College. David also holds a certification as a Licensed Real Estate Broker from the California Department of Real Estate.
