Sara Puente Rubio

Sara Puente Rubio is an experienced educational professional and business leader currently serving as a Dual Language Teacher at Woodstock Community Unit School District 200 since March 2022, where instruction is provided to foster bilingualism and biliteracy among students. Prior to this role, Sara held various positions, including City Manager at Rappi, where operations in Monterrey and Tampico were managed, and CEO & Founder of Pontem MX, a consumer goods commercialization business. Additional experience includes positions in business development and sales, such as Key Account Manager and Operations Manager, as well as experience at Mars, where the Ice Cream division was overseen. Sara holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Teaching from Aurora University and an MBA in Strategic Marketing and Commercialization from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
