Layne Court

Layne Court manages the preconstruction efforts of construction developments utilizing integrated project delivery methods like design-build and CMAR. He leads the collaborative process with owners, architects, trade partners, and Woodward staff to meet unified project goals of budget, scope and schedule alignment.

A graduate of Texas A&M in Construction Science, Layne has over 20 years in the construction industry. In his dynamic career, he has served in all aspects of the industry from the general contractor and subcontractor side to owner’s representative and technical consultant to owners and operators of real estate, in markets across the country. Layne’s well-rounded perspective lends perfectly to his role as Sr. Preconstruction Manager, where all stakeholder’s goals must be considered for project success.
