Harrell Chen

Harrell Chen is a Structural Engineer with extensive experience in the field, currently employed at Woolacotts Consulting Engineers since March 2022. Prior to this role, Harrell Chen worked at Rincovitch Consultants from December 2019 to February 2022, at LMW Design Group from August 2019 to December 2019, and at OnQ Engineering & Design from March 2018 to August 2019. Earlier professional experience includes serving as a Senior Structure Engineer at China Railway Engineering Design Institute from July 2008 to July 2016. Harrell Chen holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from UNSW, earned between 2017 and 2018, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Structural Engineering from Changchun Institute of Technology, completed in 2008.
