Soraya Tyriver

Soraya Tyriver has extensive experience in commercial real estate investments, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Woolbright Development, Inc. since 2014. In this role, Soraya manages operations, acquisition and disposition activities, and investor/lender relations, while overseeing asset management, property management, accounting, and leasing teams. Prior to this, Soraya was Executive Vice President at Woolbright Development from 2009 to 2013, focusing on asset acquisition, disposition, financing, underwriting, valuation, and investor/lender relations. Soraya's career began as an Analyst at Sterling Companies from 1994 to 2009 and as an Associate at Prudential Securities from 1993 to 1995. Soraya earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management Science from the State University of New York Cortland from 1989 to 1993.
