Blair McHenry

Blair McHenry is an experienced logistics professional currently serving as Head of Last Mile Network Optimization and Chapter Lead in eCom Logistics at WooliesX since September 2019. Leading a team of subject matter experts, Blair focuses on integrating logistics operations with innovative technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Blair was the National Network Operations Manager at Woolworths Group, overseeing logistics operations for the Home Delivery business. Earlier career experiences include serving as Transport Manager at Statewide Independent Wholesalers, where responsibilities encompassed fleet management and customer deliveries, and as a Replenisher/Purchasing Officer, managing procurement from numerous vendors. Blair holds a Graduate Certificate in Maritime and Logistics Management from the University of Tasmania and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the Australian Maritime College.
