Richard Boonstra

Richard Boonstra has extensive experience in legal and governance roles, currently serving as Bedrijfsjurist and Adviseur Governance at Woonconcept since March 2017, along with the position of Secretary of the Supervisory Board. Previously, Richard held the role of Senior Jurist in Civil Law (Construction Law) at Stichting Achmea Rechtsbijstand from July 2016 to March 2017. Richard's experience also includes serving as Account Manager for Special Business Management at Rabobank Heerenveen-Zuidoost Friesland, focusing on customer support and risk reduction from December 2012 to December 2015, and as Senior Account Manager and Legal Counsel at Friesland Bank from September 2007 to December 2012, engaging in financing structures and legal procedures. Earlier in Richard's career, the role of Lawyer and Curator at KienhuisHoving N.V. involved work primarily in insolvency and construction law. Richard holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Groningen and is currently pursuing a training course for Executive Secretaries at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
