Twan Derks has extensive experience in financial and operational roles within various organizations. Currently serving as Adviseur Rapportage & Verantwoording at Woonstichting 'thuis since January 2008, Twan contributes to the mission of providing affordable rental housing. Previously, Twan held the position of Adviseur Planning & Control at Platinox BV for nearly a year and served as Controller at both Verhoeven Bouwbedrijf and Knaapen Renovatie & Onderhoud, the latter for over seven years, where the company evolved from a painting firm to a comprehensive renovation business. Additionally, Twan worked as Hoofd Administratie at Ballast Nedam Wegenbouw, overseeing annual financial statements and monthly reports for major road construction projects, handling revenues between 25 to 30 million guilders.
