Vicheth Oung

Vicheth Oung is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in loan policy and business development. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Loan Policy & Process Development at Woori Bank Cambodia since December 2017, Vicheth has a strong background in enhancing and implementing loan policies. Previously held roles include Manager of Loan Policy and Assistant Manager of Business Development at Woori Bank Cambodia. Vicheth's finance career began at Angkor Capital Specialized Bank as a Senior Business Development Officer, followed by positions at Cambodia Brewery Limited and Security Services Asia. Vicheth holds a Master’s degree in Risk Management in Insurance Banking and Finance from Nantes Université and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Preah Kossomak Polytechnics Institute.
