Hyun Baek

Hyun Baek's work experience includes a role as Strategy Office at Woowa Bros. starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at GS Caltex from 2015 to 2021. At GS Caltex, they held various roles including Network Strategy TF, Retail Strategy Team, and Sales Planning Team. In their role in the Sales Planning Team, they successfully managed monthly and annual KPIs for the Western region, overseeing over 700 service stations, and achieved a significant 23% increase in operating profits. They also developed strategies for allocating sales targets and implemented a forecasting model to measure revenues and profits accurately.

Hyun Baek began their education in 2005 at Daeil Foreign Language High School, where they completed their high school education. After graduating, they enrolled in Korea University in 2009 and pursued a degree in Business Administration. Hyun'sstudies at Korea University lasted until 2016. During their education, Hyun Baek also pursued additional certifications and became a CFA Level 2 Candidate through the CFA Institute.
