Samir Sarna

Samir Sarna is currently a partner at Worgul, Sarna & Ness. Samir previously worked as a legal intern at 113 Industries from January 2010 to January 2011, where they were responsible for the preparation of legal memoranda, drafting of contracts and other legal documents, and coordination of business development activities for advanced material sciences accelerator. Samir also worked as a summer associate at Henshon Parker, LLP from July 2009 to August 2009, where they were assigned tasks related to intellectual property, telecommunications, and real estate law. In addition, Sarna worked as a summer legal intern at Salary.com from May 2008 to July 2009.

Sarna became an associate counsel at Allegheny County Office of Conflict Counsel in September 2011 and then a law clerk/attorney at Allegheny County Office of the Public Defender in January 2011. Samir was promoted to partner at Worgul, Sarna & Ness in 2014.

Samir Sarna completed a Juris Doctor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a B.S. in Marketing at Roger Williams University. Samir also attended Needham High School.
