Caitlin Taylor

Caitlin Taylor has a wealth of experience in the tech industry. Caitlin began their career in 2010 as the Marketing and Website Manager at Delgeo Pty Ltd, a investment group. In 2011, they moved to Diablo Group as the Operations and Administration Developer, where they developed a Helpdesk Operation System and re-designed and implemented SharePoint 2010 and 2007. In 2012, they became an IT Consultant at Cura Software Solutions, working on projects for multiple clients. In 2013, they moved to V/Line as an HSE Application, System and Risk Advisor, where they were responsible for inputting, trending, reporting, and collating data. In 2015, they became the PMO (Project Management Office) Manager and IT Business Analyst at Forever New Clothing Pty Ltd, where they managed the migration to Office 365 and KPI Dashboards. In 2016, they joined 3INA Australia as an IT Project Leader. In 2017, they moved to QikServe as a Product Manager and Program Manager, working with internal and external stakeholders to define project schedules. In 2019, they joined AQUILA ® as a Solutions Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project. Finally, in 2020, they joined EML as a Product Owner, Solution Engineer, and Project Manager. In 2022, they became the Senior Product Manager at WORK180.

Caitlin Taylor obtained their Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences, General from Griffith University between 2006 and 2009. Caitlin also holds a RYA Day Skipper certification from Australia Sailing, obtained in April 2021, and an Advanced Open Water Driver certification, obtained in September 2018.
