Pavel Novokshonov

Pavel Novokshonov has extensive work experience in various software engineering and management roles. Pavel currently works at Workato as a Senior Software Engineering Manager, where they have led several projects to support the platform's scalability and team growth. Pavel also played a key role in reducing AWS OpEx and implementing a Key Management system to ensure compliance with security standards.

Prior to their current role, Pavel served as a Senior Software Development Manager at FUN BOX from 2018 to 2019. Pavel was responsible for managing software development projects and teams.

From 2015 to 2018, Pavel worked at TOP expert as a ServiceNow Developer and Mentor, where they provided guidance and training on ServiceNow development.

Before that, Pavel worked at I.T. Co. for over ten years as the Chief Project Engineer. During their time there, they successfully delivered numerous information technology infrastructure projects and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Pavel began their career at Sibcon JSTC as a Software Developer, where they developed software solutions for retail banking, finance transactions, and finance cryptography functions.

In addition to their professional experience, Pavel also worked as a Teacher at IT Academy Russia, where they trained developers and database administrators. Pavel held the position of a Microsoft Certified Trainer and taught software development and database administration.

Pavel Novokshonov completed their Master's degree at Baikal State University from 1997 to 2002. Pavel also obtained certifications such as MCDBA from Microsoft in September 2001 and MCSD from Microsoft in January 2001.
