Adam Smith

Adam Smith is the co-founder and CEO of Workbounce, a company that helps businesses improve their employee retention rates. Prior to Workbounce, Adam was the Global Commercial Growth Director at Peakon, a Workday company. Adam was responsible for Peakon's growth strategy and execution in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Prior to Peakon, Adam was the Head of Communications at Elm Partners, a wealth management company with $600 million in assets under management. Adam was responsible for Elm's communications strategy, execution, and management. Prior to Elm, Adam was an account executive at Yieldify.

Adam Smith's educational career began with a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Film from London South Bank University. Adam then went on to study Data Science and Machine Learning at General Assembly.
