Jayde Merrington

Jayde Merrington has a diverse work experience in finance, accounting, and event coordination. Jayde started their career as an Assistant Accountant at UK Independent Medical Services in July 2007, where they were responsible for preparing month-end and year-end reports, assisting with audits, and handling VAT returns. Jayde then transitioned to the role of Resource Manager in April 2015, where they liaised with various departments to manage outsource partners and contractors. In September 2018, Jayde joined WorkCast as an Online Events Coordinator. Jayde later advanced to the role of Financial Assistant in July 2020 and currently holds the position of Finance Manager since April 2022. In their current role, they are responsible for preparing month-end reports, managing prepayments and accruals, and presenting financial figures at board meetings.

Jayde Merrington attended Hetton Comprehensive from 1998 to 2002. It is unknown what degree or field of study Jayde pursued during this time. Later, from 2010 to 2012, Jayde attended East Durham College and obtained a degree in Accounting Technician, specializing in Accounting and Finance.
