Akash Mohanty

Akash Mohanty is a seasoned networking professional with extensive experience in network engineering and operations. Currently serving as a Principal Network Engineer at Workday since July 2018, Akash has previously held the position of Sr. Network Engineer at Apple, where responsibilities included executing major hardware upgrades with zero downtime. Prior roles include consultancy work with iTech US Inc, focusing on global network operations for Exxon Mobil and network integration for Apollo Group. Akash's earlier experience encompasses senior network engineering roles with JetBlue and T-Mobile, as well as team leadership for implementation services at the New York Department of Education. Akash holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
