Alicia Field

Alicia Field is a seasoned professional in human resources and consulting, currently serving as Senior Manager of People Consulting GTM at Workday since January 2019, after previously holding roles as Manager and Senior People Consultant within the same company. Prior to Workday, Alicia held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at ADP, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and providing HR consultancy. Additionally, Alicia worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Office Depot, focusing on operational management support across multiple states, and as a Human Resources Executive Team Leader/District Trainer at Target, overseeing staffing initiatives.
