Bill Willits

Bill Willits is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in both the technology and music education fields. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Workday since June 2023, Bill previously held the position of Lead Software Engineer at Nextbite and worked at Paycor, where roles included Senior Software Engineer and Data Developer. Prior to transitioning to full-time software engineering, Bill operated as a Freelance Web Developer and contributed to various music education institutions such as Cincinnati Music Academy and Cincinnati School of Music as a web developer and music instructor. Bill holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems and a double Master's degree in Classical Guitar Performance and Music History from the University of Cincinnati, along with a Bachelor's degree in Classical Guitar Performance from Grand Valley State University.
