Britta S. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic initiatives and project management, currently serving as Strategic Initiatives Director at Workday since June 2024. Britta previously held multiple leadership roles at SILAC Insurance Company, where notable achievements included establishing a comprehensive Project Management Office and aligning business strategies with organizational objectives. Before that, Britta spent over 15 years at Oracle in various capacities, including Chief of Staff for Business Operations and Cloud Security Program Manager, developing risk management frameworks and enhancing operational efficiency.
