Hayley Monger

Hayley Monger is an experienced professional with a diverse background in content management, events marketing, and coaching. Currently serving as Content Manager for EMEA at Workday since November 2022, Hayley previously held the role of Senior Events Marketing Manager at the same company from June 2019 to April 2022. In addition to this, Hayley is the Founder of InterFocus Coaching, established in May 2022. Hayley also worked as an Executive Coach (Training) at Henley Business School from January 2022 to October 2022, and as a Business Development Manager at SD Worx UK & Ireland from December 2016 to April 2019. Earlier career experiences include roles at Ceridian as Events Manager and Executive Assistant, and at Expro Group as HSEQA Advisor and Auditor. Hayley holds education credentials from Henley Business School and training from BSI Training Academy and NEBOSH.
