Hiro Udagawa

Hiro Udagawa is an experienced Product Management Director specializing in Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, currently serving at Workday since February 2014. Previously, Hiro held key leadership positions at Oracle from January 2005 to February 2014, overseeing both Fusion HCM and PeopleSoft HCM development. Hiro began their career at PeopleSoft as Development Manager for HCM Japan before transitioning to Intuit as a Development Manager. Hiro pursued higher education at The University of Tokyo, working toward an ABD in Information Engineering from 1984 to 1990.
