Joi Rhone

Joi Rhone, MBA, is an experienced program and project manager with a strong background in both commercial banking and digital product risk management. Currently serving as Principal Program Manager in the RevOps PMO at Workday since November 2021, Joi previously held multiple Vice President roles at Wells Fargo from April 2008 to November 2021, focusing on commercial banking portfolio delivery and international program initiatives. Joi's expertise includes overseeing risk management for digital products, leading global banking expansion projects, and managing complex integration efforts during the Wells Fargo-Wachovia merger. Additional experience includes owning The Rhone Group, where consulting services were provided to various organizations, and previous project management and operational roles in technology and call center management. Joi holds an MBA in eBusiness from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Sociology from the University of San Francisco.
