Nico Martinez de Hoz

Nico Martinez de Hoz is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software development engineering, currently serving as Director of Software Development Engineering for Workday Adaptive Planning since February 2013. In this role, Nico leads a team of over 30 developers, principals, and architects, focusing on full-stack and front-end engineering for the Workday Adaptive Planning product suite. Prior to this position, Nico held various leadership roles within Workday, managing teams for financial planning and financial management products, and achieving significant team growth and innovation. Earlier in the career, Nico worked at Oracle for over 15 years, where responsibilities included leading architectural efforts for financial management solutions such as Oracle Hyperion. Nico holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
