Santino Marcozzi

Santino Marcozzi is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition - Global Customer Operations at Workday. Santino has over 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, and has been with Workday since September 2018. Prior to Workday, Santino was the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at Plex Systems, Inc., where they established the global recruitment function for a high-growth $130m+ leading cloud manufacturing ERP software company. Santino has also worked as a Contract Talent Acquisition Consultant with Coveo.

Santino Marcozzi has a Masters in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco and a BA in Human Resources from California State University, Chico.
