Subhashini Sriramalu

Subhashini Sriramalu is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience in software development and engineering. Currently serving as Director of Software Development Engineering at Workday since April 2015, Subhashini has held various roles including Sr Manager and Software Development Application Manager. Prior to Workday, experience includes serving as a J2EE Architect at NetApp, where responsibilities included owning customer support IT applications and designing file upload solutions. At Cisco Systems, role involved leading a team to implement sales compensation strategies and developing applications to track demo equipment usage. Earlier experience at Fidelity Investments as a Senior Software Engineer focused on B2B solutions for banking integrations. Subhashini holds an MS in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a B. Tech in Information Technology from the University of Madras.
