Tom Mattison

Tom Mattison has over two decades of experience in deal operations and sales strategy, currently serving as Vice President of Deal Operations at Workday since December 2014. In this role, Tom leads teams focused on Deal Management, Renewals, Subscriptions, Program Operations, Business Process Automation, and M&A. Prior to Workday, Tom held senior roles at Accela, Inc., VMware, EMC, and Oracle, where responsibilities included deal management and revenue recognition. Tom holds an Executive Leadership and Management degree from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, Tom is a veteran of the United States Navy.
