Norman Hartmann

Norman Hartmann is a business executive and entrepreneur who specializes in Mobile Computing and Internet of Things. Norman is the Co-Founder of WORKERBASE, a company that provides an on-demand workplace for businesses.

Hartmann began their career as a Consultant for Sun Microsystems and Deutsche Börse Systems. Norman then went on to become Principal Innovation Manager for Vodafone Group Services. In this role, they were responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Mobile Computing.

In 2013, Hartmann became a Mentor for startup accelerator program Startupbootcamp. The following year, they joined Google as a Mentor for their Launchpad program. In this role, they helped startups in the areas of Technology and Product/Business. Norman left Google in 2018 to start WORKERBASE.

Norman Hartmann received their field in Computational Linguistics, Computer Science, and Psychology from Universität Osnabrück.
