Lisa Patt-McDaniel has a diverse and extensive work experience. Recently, they served as the CEO of the Workforce Development Board of Central Ohio. Prior to that, they worked as an Adjunct Faculty at The Ohio State University, John Glenn College of Public Affairs. Lisa also held the position of Executive on Loan at the Affordable Housing Trust for Columbus and Franklin County, where they created a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) Fund. Lisa also worked at the State and Local Government Commission as a Research Analyst and at the Office of the Lieutenant Governor of Ohio as a Public Information Officer.

Lisa Patt-McDaniel's education history begins in 1979 when they attended Lake Catholic High School. Lisa graduated from high school in 1983. After completing their high school education, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration at Miami University. Lisa attended Miami University from 1983 to 1987.

In 1990, Lisa pursued further education and attended the National Development Council for a one-year program to become a Certified Economic Development Professional. Following this, they enrolled at The Ohio State University from 1992 to 1996 and completed a Master's degree in Public Policy with a focus on Public Policy.

Overall, Lisa's education journey consists of a high school education from Lake Catholic High School, followed by a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Miami University, and finally, a Master's degree in Public Policy from The Ohio State University.
