In 1998, Olasunkanmi Adenuga started their career at the British Council, where they worked as an Examinations & Assessments Officer and later became a Product Manager. Olasunkanmi then advanced to the position of Examination Services Manager, responsible for managing the country-wide sales and delivery of qualifications and assessments. Olasunkanmi was later promoted to the role of Deputy Country Manager, where they provided strategic leadership and management for Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa's exams business growth and expansion.

In 2012, Olasunkanmi joined the Lagos Business School. Olasunkanmi initially served as the Strategic Partnerships/Product & Business Development Manager, where they drove high-impact strategic partnerships and developed business growth plans. Olasunkanmi then assumed the role of Head, Learning Integration (Instructional Design and Technology). In this position, they led a positioning project team that ranked the Business School in the top 70 for Custom Executive Education by Financial Times. Olasunkanmi also led the instructional design team for a significant client project and received recognition for the redesign of all Executive Programmes, resulting in a 25% increase in annual enrollment.

In 2018, Olasunkanmi Adenuga joined the GEMS Education Group as the Country Head, Business Development. Olasunkanmi was responsible for improving the organization's market position in the West African region, achieving financial and regional growth, building client relationships, and identifying new opportunities.

In the same year, Olasunkanmi also worked at COGNITY ADVISORY as the Group Head, Partnerships and Programmes. Olasunkanmi'sresponsibilities included managing partnerships, developing business expansion plans, and collaborating with partners for country and regional growth.

Currently, Olasunkanmi Adenuga holds the position of Director - Workforce Learning at Workforce Group. In this role, they define long-term strategic goals, supports key clients in planning and implementing strategic learning, transforms talent development behaviors into high-impact learning design, and builds curriculums for superior performance and impact.
