Lydia Martinez-Campos currently serves as the Dance Program Teacher and Director, Performing Arts Department Chair, and World Languages (French and Spanish) Teacher at Silver Creek High School since August 2002. In this role, Lydia has developed curricula for various dance styles and World Languages while providing extensive opportunities in performance and stage production. Concurrently, Lydia has been an Adjunct Faculty Instructor in Ballroom Dance at San Jose/Evergreen Community College District since August 2001. Previous experience includes teaching roles at multiple institutions, including San Jose State University and UC Irvine, along with a brief period as a Zumba instructor and a Ballet Instructor at San Jose Dance Theatre. Lydia holds a Master of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of California, Irvine, and a Bachelor's degree with a Single Subject Teaching Credential in French Language and Literature from San Jose State University.
