Karrie Rosa

Karrie Rosa has a strong work history, primarily within the engineering sector. Karrie began their career in 1999 as an Engineering Technician at E & A Consulting Group, Inc., where they worked until 2008. Following this, Karrie dedicated their time to being a Stay-at-Home Mom, considering it one of their most rewarding accomplishments. Karrie rejoined E & A Consulting Group, Inc. in 2015 as an Engineering Technician until 2017. Since then, Karrie has transitioned to Workforce Science Associates, where they have taken on progressively more senior roles. Karrie started as a Project Manager in 2017, then became a Team Lead and Project Manager from 2019 to 2022. In 2022, they were promoted to Implementation Services Leader and finally to Director of Delivery in 2023. Karrie's experience showcases their strong project management and leadership skills throughout their career.

Karrie Rosa has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Bellevue University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they studied Interior Architecture at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1996 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Karrie has obtained various certifications, including being a CustomerXM Certified Expert, CoreXM Certified Expert, and EmployeeXM Certified Expert from Qualtrics. Karrie also holds the International Association for Public Participation certification from IAP2. Recently, in 2022, they achieved expert certifications in CoreXM, CustomerXM, and EmployeeXM by passing their respective certification exams offered by Qualtrics.
