Esther Lam

Esther Lam is an experienced professional currently serving as a Manager of Industry Engagement at Workforce Singapore since March 2020. In this role, Esther engages with industry stakeholders to develop and implement workforce conversion and enterprise transformation programmes aimed at addressing manpower challenges. Previous experience includes serving as a Research Analyst at SSON Analytics, where Esther interpreted data and created interactive visuals, as well as holding a position as a Senior Creative Writing Teacher at The Write Corner. Esther's academic background includes a Bachelor of Social Sciences with double majors in Political Science and Sociology from Singapore Management University.
