Rachel Soh

Rachel Soh is a highly experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of the Enterprise Programmes Division at Workforce Singapore since October 2024. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Assistant Manager in Health Informatics at National University Polyclinics from April 2022 to October 2024. Rachel's career includes experience as an Assistant Programme Planning Manager at the Land Transport Authority of Singapore from July 2018 to July 2021, and internships at the Housing & Development Board in 2016 and 2017. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore in 2018 and has a background in academic qualifications obtained from Boston Consulting Group, Catholic Junior College, and Balestier Hill Secondary School.
