Steven Guttridge

Steven Guttridge, MAOL, serves as Program Supervisor for Work-Based Learning at Workforce Solutions since May 2023, overseeing a remote team responsible for placing young adults into internships and achieving the placement of approximately 500 interns in 2023. Concurrently, Steven is an Adjunct Faculty member at North Texas Christian College and Founder of LeadRidge, both roles initiated in January 2021. Previously, Steven held the position of Associate Director at The Pentecostals of Cooper City from August 2010 to February 2023, managing a team of 14 direct reports and over 150 volunteers and staff while overseeing multiple organizational programs. Steven's earlier experience includes serving as Outreach Director for Liberty Church and Director of Student Ministries for Founding Faith Worship Center. Steven holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Lincoln Christian University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Michigan State University.
