Lise Spriggle

Lise Spriggle has extensive experience in workforce development and program management. Lise currently serves as Deputy Director at Workforce Solutions Greater Dallas since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Director at Workforce from November 2017 to July 2021, overseeing various functions such as accounting, procurement, human resources, IT, facilities, customer service, and quality assurance. Lise has also held roles at Workforce Solutions for North Central Texas, where they served as a Center Manager and Program Supervisor, and at Vista Del Mar, where they worked in various positions including Program Coordinator, Supervisor/Trainer and Employee Development, Facilitator, and Child and Family Specialist. Additionally, they have worked as an Assistant On-Site Coordinator at YMCA of Dane County.

Lise Spriggle earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Welfare from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Additionally, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree from California State University, Los Angeles.
