Shaun Pillay

Shaun Pillay is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. As of April 2019, Shaun serves as the National Sales Director at Workforce Staffing, having previously held positions as Regional Director and General Manager: Sales. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at BLU, a division of Adcorp Workforce Solutions, and managing branches at both The Kelly Group and Palstave South Africa, where expertise in welding consumables and rare industrial products was developed. Shaun has also worked in technical sales roles at Pk Welding and Weld-cut and began their career as Despatch Manager at Italk Cellular. Shaun's educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Henley Business School, a Senior Management Development Programme from Stellenbosch University, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Technology Management from MANCOSA.
