Brandi Bennett has a strong background in customer success and client services. Brandi has held various leadership roles in different companies. Currently, they are the Director of Client Success at WorkForge, a position they have held since 2024. Prior to that, Brandi worked at SafetyCulture as the Director of Customer Success and Emerging Markets, where they developed strategies and initiatives to improve customer engagement and drive business growth. Before that, they worked at Tanium in several roles, including Director of Enterprise Services Strategic Consultants and Regional Vice President of Customer Success. Brandi also has experience as the Director of Professional Services & Client Success at Ad Astra Information Systems™ and in various roles at Lexmark International, Inc., including Solution Operations Manager and Global Industry Manager - Banking. Brandi began their career at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City as an Analyst II. Brandi's work experience spans across different industries and they have demonstrated their ability to drive customer success and achieve business goals.
Brandi Bennett received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Management from Washburn University in 2005. Brandi then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same university in 2007.
