Julian Wright

Julian Wright has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries and roles. In their most recent role as a People Data Analyst at Workhuman, they provided people analytics insights to executive HR and business leadership at global clients, including Fortune 500 companies. Julian leveraged regression models to study variables impacting the employee experience and demonstrated ROI through effective visualizations and strategic recommendations. Prior to this, they served as a Research Participant Pool Coordinator and Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Georgia. Julian also worked as a Project Manager & Content Expert at The University of the South, where they were responsible for coordinating and implementing a program focused on promoting mental health and flourishing among students. Additionally, Julian has held various positions at the University of the South, including Lead Proctor, Summer Research Assistantship in Psychology, Proctor, Research Assistant in the Social Research Lab, and Assistant Proctor.

Julian Wright holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Behavioral and Brain Sciences, which they obtained from The University of Georgia from 2022 to 2025. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Psychology from The University of Georgia between 2020 and 2022. In 2017, Julian completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at The University of the South, where they attended from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, Julian has obtained several certifications, including being a Certified Health and Wellness Coach from Wellcoaches in May 2020, completing the course "Finding Meaning & Purpose in Life: Living for What Matters Most" from Coursera in May 2020, and becoming a QPR Instructor from the QPR Institute in March 2018.
