Senior Manager, Customer Success at Workhuman

Patrick French has a diverse work experience, starting in 2003 as a Film & Commercial Actor. Patrick then went on to work as a Senior Digital Producer at Arnold Worldwide in 2014 and as a Digital Content Developer at Innis Maggiore Group in 2016. In the same year, they also worked as a Sales Strategist at The Karcher Group and as a Weekend On-Air Host at WKSU. Patrick later joined Workhuman in 2018 as a Senior Customer Success Manager, helping global companies create a more human workplace through Workhuman's social recognition and performance management solutions. Additionally, they co-founded Crooked River Comedy in 2015, serving as the Co-Founder & Artistic Director to develop the comedic arts in the Cleveland area. Prior to this, Patrick held various roles at Thomson Reuters and NASDAQ OMX, where they managed corporate Investor Relations websites and projects. Patrick also served as a Service Account Manager and Team Lead at NASDAQ OMX, overseeing post-sales support and talent growth. Before that, they worked as a Consumer Marketing Project Manager at Cartera Commerce, Inc, where they facilitated campaign promotion processes and collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency. Overall, Patrick has a solid background in customer success, marketing, and the entertainment industry.

Patrick French attended Kent State University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Radio & TV Production. In addition, they received a certification as a Workhuman Certified Professional from Workhuman in October 2020.
