Paul Carty

Paul Carty began their career in 2011 as a Mystery Shopper at PAN Research. In 2012, they worked in catering at UPMC Beacon Hospital until 2015. Following that, they joined Eastern Data Group (edg) as a Support Analyst from 2015 to 2018. During their time at Eastern Data Group, they specialized in supporting data solutions for handheld devices. In 2018, Paul joined Workhuman as a Software Support Engineer, where they dealt with social recognition software. Recently, in 2022, they were promoted to Associate Product Manager at Workhuman, marking an exciting new chapter in their career.

Paul Carty has a diverse education history. In 2007, they attended Ashfield College and obtained a Leaving Certificate. From 2009 to 2015, Paul pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Computing at Technological University Dublin. In 2022, they enrolled at UCD Professional Academy and earned a Diploma of Education with a specialization in Digital Product Management.

In addition to their formal education, Paul has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2018, they completed the "SAS SQL: SQL for the SAS Programmer/Analyst" certification through Udemy. In 2020, Paul acquired certifications in "Scrum: The Basics" through LinkedIn and "IT Troubleshooting Skill Training," "1 Hour CSS," and "Master Drools - Turn Complex Logic into Simple to Read Rules" through Udemy. Furthermore, they completed certifications in "Lean Management: Reduce waste and boost efficiency" and "Agile Development Practices" in 2021 from Udemy and LinkedIn, respectively. Paul's most recent certifications include "Building Business Relationships" from LinkedIn and "Kanban Fundamentals: How to Become Insanely Productive" from Udemy, both earned in July 2021. Additionally, they obtained the "Product-led Certification" from Pendo.io in July 2023.
