Rachel Stratman

Rachel Stratman is an experienced professional in program operations, policy advocacy, and business development. Currently serving in program operations at Working Partnerships USA since March 2024, Rachel has previously worked as a policy and advocacy consultant at the U.S. Federation of Worker Cooperatives, focusing on advancing state policies for worker-owners. Contributions to the City of Berkeley included developing an Information Report to support worker cooperatives. As Business Development Director at RK Stratman, Inc., Rachel diversified the company's portfolio and launched a new division, while experience as a producer at Unsettle Media centered on media creation aimed at decolonization and activism. Additional roles include coordinating producer at Stand Up To Cancer and executive assistant positions at Creative Artists Agency and Insight, managing operations and client needs in the entertainment industry. Rachel holds a Master of Public Affairs in Community Economic Development from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Video Producing from Columbia College Chicago.
