Rachel Stratman is an experienced professional in program operations, policy advocacy, and business development. Currently serving in program operations at Working Partnerships USA since March 2024, Rachel has previously worked as a policy and advocacy consultant at the U.S. Federation of Worker Cooperatives, focusing on advancing state policies for worker-owners.
