Sheena Toor-Mikesell

Sheena Toor-Mikesell is an experienced workforce empowerment professional currently serving as the Trades Orientation Program and Data Lead at Working Partnerships USA since October 2021. Prior to this role, Sheena was the Training Programs Manager at San Jose Job Corps Center from July 2014 to October 2021, where responsibilities included navigating Department of Labor and Job Corps regulations, conducting market research, and launching California’s first Culinary Arts Apprenticeship program. Sheena also held positions as Training Programs Coordinator and On-boarding Trainer, focusing on trainee evaluation, enrollment, and curriculum development. Sheena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from California State University-Sacramento.
