Ian Fischer

Ian Fischer is an experienced leader in the clean energy sector, currently serving as Co-Executive Director and Co-Founder of Working Power since July 2022, focusing on climate justice and community benefits in clean energy projects. As Managing Partner at Urban Ingenuity since April 2014, Ian provides innovative financing and development solutions for clean energy initiatives, including solar projects that enhance community welfare. Ian's previous role as Vice President of Operations at Clean Energy Solutions, Inc. involved overseeing client management and project delivery in energy efficiency and renewable energy. Additionally, Ian has experience as a consultant for Pathfinder International Ethiopia and as a Senior Analyst at The Cadmus Group LLC, where expertise in data collection, GIS analyses, and training development was demonstrated. Ian holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a BA in Biology from Brown University.
