Gasper Patten Magallanes

Gasper Patten Magallanes serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Working Solutions CDFI since December 2021, a nonprofit organization focused on supporting start-up and early-stage businesses through affordable capital and tailored consulting services aimed at diverse entrepreneurs. Previously held the role of Director of Due Diligence at CNote, which directs investments toward female- and minority-led businesses. Gasper also founded Magallanes Consulting Group, providing financial and strategy consulting for education reform and CDFI initiatives, and served as Sr. Director of Client Management & Development at EdTec, supporting charter schools. Earlier experience includes being a Management Analyst at Cesar Chavez Foundation and a Teaching Associate at Citizen Schools. Gasper holds a BS in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University.
