Kate Monti

Kate Monti is the Chief Operating Officer at Workit Health. Kate has a background in healthcare research and transformation, having worked as support staff for the Washtenaw Health Initiative from January 2016 to December 2016. In their current position, Kate oversees the day-to-day operations of the company and works to ensure that all departments are running smoothly. Kate is passionate about their work and is always looking for ways to improve the efficiency of Workit Health.

Kate Monti holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Michigan - School of Public Health, a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Michigan - School of Social Work, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from the University of Michigan. Kate also has a high school diploma from Grand River Preparatory High School and a certification in Asana.

Kate Monti reports to Robin McIntosh, Co-Founder, Co-CEO. and Graham Vogt - Operations Manager reports to Kate Monti. Kate Monti works with Jack Josephy - Director of Finance and Strategy, Kristy Allen - People Operations Manager, and Clare Pritchard - Regional Executive Director.
