Molly Medaris

Molly Medaris is an experienced talent acquisition and development professional, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Development at Workit Health since June 2023. With a strong background in talent acquisition, Molly previously held the position of Head of Talent Coaching and Talent Acquisition at Earnest Research from February 2021 to February 2023. Prior roles include Career Coach at Springboard, Manager of Talent Acquisition for North & South America at Getty Images, and various recruitment positions at Christie's between February 2011 and November 2014. Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from The College of Wooster.
